Servicing

AWTS are usually powered from the main electricity supply. They need regular maintenance to ensure they're safe and continually treat your homes wastewater properly. They're very effective at reducing organic waste levels  in your septic  so when  treated water is pumped out into your lawn or garden there is  little risk of contamination.
Like any machine they need regular service to ensure they work properly.
Councils require all  wastewater treatment systems  be serviced to  manufacturers specs - for most Aerating Wastewater Treatment Systems (AWTS) thats every 6 months.
Council wants proof of a Maintenance Contract with a  Service Provider. We submit  Reports to Owners or Council after each visit to prove all is well. This is important as a faulty wastewater system can quickly become a serious health risk to your  family and neighbours.
